This is one the great newly constructed hotel located very near to the Civitanova Beach as well as the city market. There are many places to dine nearby and a short walk would take you to the main market area as well. The entire decor is very subtle and calming with lovely paintings adorning the walkways. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The beds are super comfortable. They provide with the hot water kettle in the room and outside in the common area they have the capsule based coffee vending machine. There is dedicated workspace in the room and via is on the Main Street which is not very busy. We loved the stay here very much due to its location and courteous staff.
Was a very good experience, room clean, good breakfast included, kids friendly, very good position just 5 min by walk to the beach and 5 min to the centre. It's a lot of free parking around but if you don't find they have a garage (paid)

- lights in the window in our room, which you can't switch off (they switch of automatically around 11pm)
- private beach isn't a private beach more a corporation with a beach section who are renting out sunbeds / moreover it's not included in the price for the room -> so you can just go to the beach by your own and choose a beach section by yourself (price in the hotel 15€/day including a beach towel)
- breakfast room without any windows
- you have to ask the staff for a coffee while having breakfast otherwise you probably didn't get served
Nice room. We have a living room and kitchen. The room is extremely large and clean. Free coffee and fruits.

Beautiful hotel
I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel due to a conference I had to attend. A truly perfect experience in all, it's a three star that could easily be a four. Spacious, clean, quiet and tastefully furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast and staff always very polite and professional. A special greeting to the lady who prepared breakfast for us, who welcomed us every time with a sincere smile. Until next time!
The structure is well looked after and managed, the breakfast is noteworthy, the reception and floor staff are truly capable and courteous. They provide guests with a meeting room (free) that is truly comfortable and very useful for working.
